Ordering Uniforms

Challenger Teamware offers several uniforms at the CBYSA price. You may also apply the CBYSA price as a credit toward the purchase of a more expensive uniform.

The CBYSA options are shown below. You can click on the picture of the jersey to go directly to the company's web catalog page that describes that uniform.

You must place your order through the local contact person to get the CBYSA price. To order uniforms, download the "Uniform Order Form" from the Team Registration page. Fill out the form and mail or drop off completed form to Helena Young @ 4046 Avenue B. Full payment must be included with form (place order form in the soccer box at your convenience).
