Ordering Uniforms

Coaches have two options for ordering uniforms at the CBYSA-negotiated price. Two companies, Score Sports and Challenger Teamware, offer several uniforms at the CBYSA price. You may also apply the CBYSA price as a credit toward the purchase of a more expensive uniform.

The CBYSA options are shown below with Score uniforms in the left column, and Challenger uniforms in the right column. You can click on the picture of the jersey to go directly to the company's web catalog page that describes that uniform.

You must place your order through the local contact person to get the CBYSA price. To order uniforms, download the "Uniform Order Form" from the forms page. Fill out the form and email completed form to Helena Young at nene4046@yahoo.com, or you can hand deliver to 4046 Ave B (place order form in the soccer box at your convenience).

The next uniform costs more than the CBYSA price, but has been popular with Council Bluffs teams. Score will discontinue this item in Fall 2010. Add-ons for existing uniforms may be ordered in Spring 2010.
