Player Passes

Coaches: Each player on your team (Under 8 and above) must have a completed pass. That includes a picture, a signature, and lamination. If any of those three things is not completed, the player will not be allowed to participate in the game!

The Arbiter Use this link to go directly to The Arbiter scheduling system. This is an alternate way to see your game schedule. You can also find game numbers to use in your CBYSA online game reports. To see instructions on how to use Arbiter, click on the "Online Game Report Instructions" at the left. Under 8 Rule Change - Fall 2009 For Under 8 only, a goal cannot be scored directly from the kick-off.

Important Dates for Coaches

• August 11, 2010 Mandatory Coaches Meeting @ CB Public Library - One coach from each team must attend.

• August 28th - Fall 2010 "Tentative" Season Start Date

Teams will need these items for registration

• Team Entry Form

• Team Roster Form

• Uniform Order Form

• CBYSA Membership Forms (one for each player)

• Parents Code of Conduct Form (one for each player)

• Volunteer Disclosure Form for each Coach/Assistant coach (to be completed on-line)

• Birth Certificate or Federal/State issued document (e.g. Passport, Adoption papers or Foster Papers) for each player (Players that have played in the CBYSA previously DO NOT need to turn in another copy of their Birth Certificate)

• Registration Fees ($30.00 for U6 division and $45.00 for all other divisions)

• At least one parent of every player registered with CBYSA in fall of 2010 must attend a sideline behavior class. Details will be available soon.

*The Iowa Soccer Association also requires all coaches to file an on-line Volunteer Disclosure Form every Fall.

Where are the registration forms?

All registration forms (Team / Player) can be found on the "FORMS" page under Team Registration. All forms will be collected by the coach or team administrator and turned in at registration on July 21.

Teams Ordering New Uniforms

If you need to order new uniforms this season, place the information on the Uniform Order Form. Details on the website for ordering uniforms will be available soon.
