Player Passes

Coaches: Each player on your team (Under 8 and above) must have a completed pass. That includes a picture, a signature, and lamination. If any of those three things is not completed, the player will not be allowed to participate in the game!

The Arbiter Use this link to go directly to The Arbiter scheduling system. This is an alternate way to see your game schedule. You can also find game numbers to use in your CBYSA online game reports. Under 8 Rule Change - Fall 2009 For Under 8 only, a goal cannot be scored directly from the kick-off.

Registering a team for the Spring 2010 season?

Important Registration Dates for Coaches

• March 10, 2010 Team Registration @ Community Hall 6:30 PM to 9 PM

• March 31, 2010 Mandatory Coaches Meeting @ Community Building at 7:00pm - One coach from each team must attend.

• April 9, 2010- Spring 2010 "Tentative" Season Start

Teams that were registered in Fall 2009 will need the following for Spring 2010 registration:

• Team Entry Form

• Team Roster Form

• Registration Fees ($30.00 for U6 division and $45.00 for all other divisions)

• Volunteer Disclosure Form for each Coach/Assistant coach (to be completed on-line) if they did not coach in the Fall 2009.

• Membership forms and Code of Conduct forms are needed for players new to your team (if any).

• At least one parent of any new player not registered with CBYSA in 2009 must complete the online Parent Class. Go to the Parent Page for instructions on how to complete this requirement.

New Teams will need these items for registration

*The Iowa Soccer Association also requires all coaches to file an on-line Volunteer Disclosure Form every Fall.

*Players that previously played on a CBYSA team DO NOT need to turn in another copy of their Birth Certificate.

Where are the registration forms?

All registration forms (Team / Player) can be found on the "FORMS" page under Team Registration. All forms will be collected by the coach or team administrator and turned in at registration on March 10.

Teams Ordering New Uniforms

If you need to order new uniforms this season please make your selection from the following website (www.scoresports.com) and place the information on the Uniform Order Form. You can make any jersey selection $16.95 or under and the entire uniform price will be $18.00.
