All forms needed for registration on March 10 are available here.
The forms have been set up as templates. You can use the tab key to move through the fields and type the information and use your mouse to click on drop-downs or check boxes. You can save a copy to your hard-drive if you wish. Print the number of copies requested and bring them to registration on March 10. If you'd rather, you can print the forms and fill them out. Team Entry Form - Print 3 copies
