Spring 2013 registration opens January 2.
All players -- new, current, former -- register online. Please take a few minutes to read the sections pertaining to you; then click the "REGISTER NOW" link to register your player(s).
Parents: You can register all of your children at once and make only one payment.
For Current and Former Players:
Staying on the same team as Fall 2012?
If your child is playing on the same team as Fall 2012, proceed to register. Your child will automatically be placed on the same team.
Moving to a new team.
Players are placed on teams for a seasonal year - August to July. We understand, however, there are sometimes reasons for a child to move to a different team. If you are going to request your child be moved from the Fall 2012 team, please complete the form below so the transfer can be reviewed.

Because the Registration system automatically puts each player on their Fall 2012 team, it is very important to complete the Player Placement form so the transfer gets properly reviewed and processed. |
For Players NEW to CBYSA:
If your friends are forming a team, put the name of the team/coach in the appropriate sections when you register
You will need to send a copy of a certificate of birth. Be sure to print the receipt when prompted; it has the address on it.
Uniforms are handled separately; coaches will coordinate the order. They are approximately $20.
4-yr-olds who didn't make the age deadline.
In order for a player to play in the league, he/she must be 4 by August 1, 2012. This is an Iowa Soccer Association rule. Because we have many 4-year-olds that want to play, we have a 4-year-old camp on May 4,11,18. For more information on this camp, please check the Soccer Camps page.
For ALL Players:
Playing on more than one team?
If your child plays on more than one team, complete this form and contact Helena Young for registration procedures.
Dual Roster Form
Playing in an Older Age Group?
If your child plays in an older age group, the system will only let you register in the "actual" age group. Don't worry, go ahead and register; we will be sure your child gets on the right team.
NEW PLAYERS - PLEASE NOTE!!!
Deadline for new players: January 31. If you missed the deadline, please contact the League Representative for the Age Group prior to registering your child. The League Reps can be found on the bottom of the Club Directors Page.
